About the Price Cutter Charity Championship Tournament
The Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper is your chance to see the PGA’s future greats playing to give kids great futures. The 2023 tournament will mark their 34th event, and their goal is enormous as usual!
Since the tournament began in 1990, it has raised nearly $18.4 million for children’s charities throughout the Ozarks… just like Ozarks Teen Challenge! The Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper (PCCC) is a PGA Tour golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. The event is played at Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield, and is the parent to a myriad of related events hosted throughout the Ozarks. Sweepstakes Rules
Tickets may not be sold to persons under the age of 18. It is required that ticket sellers advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 years on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act.
Winners need not be present to win Daily Gift Certificate Prizes. Winners, or authorized representative, must be present to win Championship Grand Prizes to be drawn immediately following tournament play on Sunday, July 23, 2023.
Winner must have a valid driver’s license to win Championship Grand Prizes.
Prizes are as listed. No cash substitutions for vehicle or any other prizes.
Sweepstakes ticket purchaser must designate his/her Authorized Representative at the time of ticket purchase.
The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries (minimum 4000).
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that 4,000 tickets are not sold, the tickets will be carried over to the giveaway in the following year. Only a total of 10,000 tickets will be sold.
Winning ticket and valid ID must be presented in order to claim prize.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for entry fee. Acceptable credit cards include: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Make checks payable to Price Cutter Charity Championship. In the event that non-cash payments are not cleared for payment by July 28, the ticket becomes ineligible.
Lost tickets will be voided and not valid in the drawing. In the event a ticket is voided, extra tickets will be provided in numbers 10,001-10,100.
Employees of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and their immediate household family members are not eligible to win. Board members of this organization are eligible to win.
Winners of the Championship Grand Prizes will be required to complete IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) prior to receipt of these prizes.
The winner of the vehicle will be responsible for payment of estimated taxes, the amount to be determined solely by Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. Payment will be required prior to pick up or delivery of vehicle.
An organization may not purchase a ticket in its name, nor can anyone purchase a ticket and put it in the name of an organization. Only individuals are eligible to win.
The winner with name appearing on the ticket (and/or winner’s authorized representative) must be present at the Championship Grand Prize Drawing in order to win.
The winner with name appearing on the ticket (and/or winner’s authorized representative) may claim Daily Prizes.
Winners agree to appear on all promotional items in conjunction with giveaway and Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper.
Ticket control will be handled by finance/accounting department of Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and is subject to audit at any time.
Unclaimed prizes or money of equivalent value may be donated to the licensee’s own approved use of profits.
Winners accepting prizes agree that all prizes are awarded on the condition that Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and its agents and representatives will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages or any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or uses of any prizes.
Winners further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes.
Sunday Championship Prizes
Drawing for the Championship Grand Prizes will be held immediately following tournament play on Sunday, July 23, 2022 as determined by PGA Tour officials. Ticket holder and/or authorized representative’s name must be listed on the ticket. Ticket holder and/or authorized representatives must be present to win either of the two Grand Prizes. A minimum of 4,000 of the 10,000 tickets must be sold to conduct these drawings.
Daily Grand Prizes & Daily Prizes
Drawings for 125 Daily Gift Certificate Prizes will take place daily on Wednesday, July 20, 2023 through Saturday, July 23, 2023. The daily drawings will be displayed at the Information Tent at Highland Springs Country Club by 10 a.m. the following day. The winners will be posted daily from Thursday, July 20, 2023 to Sunday, July 23, 2023 inside the Information Tent. Winners may claim prizes on the day they are awarded. Any Daily Prizes left after tournament play each day will be mailed to winners. Winners need not be present to win Daily Gift Certificate Prizes. Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to third-party companies. All certificates are valued at a minimum of $25.
