Viviana grew up in Ozark, Missouri in a large family of 7 children. The Real Estate Industry allowed her to see that everyone has a story. She genuinely enjoy learning the history of the people and communities she serves. Helping people reach their dreams of business and homeownership while boosting the local economy are both personal and professional goals. She takes the same passion with work in community volunteering. Currently, she serves with several local women and children’s charities and is active in various organizations in the area. Her proudest moments have been when her daughter was baptized at age 13 and when she was baptized again 2 years ago. What she loves about SWMO is being surrounded by beautiful state parks, historic sites, and the friendliest people. She’s never met a stranger and will gladly share her story of accepting the Lord into her heart with others.
