Are you ready to advance in your capacity for leadership and ministry effectiveness? Our program is designed to give interns hands-on experience in the field of addiction recovery and youth development. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide support to troubled teens as they go through our therapeutic, Christ-centered program. You will have the opportunity to learn about counseling techniques, addiction recovery methods, and youth development strategies, and to apply these skills in a real-world setting. Our internship program is an excellent way to gain practical experience, build your resume, and make a difference in the lives of young men. Individuals who complete this six-month internship will be considered for employment and equipped with a certificate of completion along with two letters of recommendation. Graduates will also walk away with incredible work experience, hard skills, and references for future career searches.
